Office Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking an Office Manager for direct-hire!

Our client is currently looking for a person who is able to work a dual role. They are seeking someone who can run their small office as well as handle other task such as accounts payable and receivable.    

Duties: 
-Daily office duties such as calls to vendors, calls to municipalities to find out what is required for permitting.
-Accounts payable/receivables
-Taking Meeting Notes
-Making collection calls to vendors when needed

This will be a hybrid role of 4 days in office/ 1 day out. Benefit package will be included. Pay is $50k/year.

Qualifications: 
-QuickBooks knowledge
-Strong computer skills in excel and word
-5+ years experience as an office manager or accounts payable/receivable
